A Stadium Builders License (SBL) is a license initially sold by the Santa Clara Stadium Authority to help fund the construction of Levi's® Stadium.  Fans must purchase an SBL to qualify for rights to purchase 49ers season tickets at Levi's® stadium.

 

Why would I buy SBLs on the Marketplace?

An SBL is required to qualify for rights to purchase season tickets for San Francisco 49ers games.  SBLs are currently sold out and you must purchase from existing SBL holders who are selling their rights.  The Levi's® Stadium Marketplace is the official site for SBL resales and transfers.

Benefits of Owning Reserved Seat SBLs

An SBL for a reserved seat at Levi's® Stadium provides the owner with the ability to purchase season tickets each season as long as the 49ers play there.  Additional benefits of owning a reserved seat SBL include:

  • Ability to transfer your SBLs to another individual or entity through the Official Levi's® Stadium SBL Marketplace
  • The same seat location for every 49ers preseason and regular season home game played at Levi's® Stadium
  • The right to purchase home playoff tickets for your seat location
  • Priority to purchase your seats for other events at Levi's® Stadium

An SBL for a Club Seat at Levi's® Stadium provides the owner with the ability to purchase season tickets for a specific Club Seat each season as long as the 49ers play there.  Exclusive lounge spaces on each side of Levi's® Stadium offer club seat holders with access to climate-controlled Club areas.  Additional benefits of owning a Club seat SBL include:

  • Ability to transfer your Club SBLs to another individual or entity through the Official Levi's® Stadium SBL Marketplace
  • The same seat location for every 49ers preseason and regular season home game played at Levi's® Stadium
  • The right to purchase home playoff tickets for your seat location
  • Best sightlines in the stadium
  • Access to private stadium entrance
  • Roomier, cushioned seating
